You are advised that in booking an appointment you are reserving a practitioner’s time exclusively for your treatment.
Should you have to change your appointment to another time or another day or cancel it for any reason, up to 2 business days prior, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged. Please see your practitioner’s individual page for their required notice and the percentage of the fee that will apply in the case of cancellation.
In booking an appointment you agree to honor an invoice for charges incurred due to cancellation.
If you come by train, light-rail or bus, we’re just across the road from the Devonshire Street exit of Central Railway Station.
If you are driving, parking is limited due to the installation of the light-rail.
We recommend travelling by train or bus where possible
